Regenerative Prosperity Model
What does good mean?
Defines prosperity across Self, Community, Nature, Design, and Capital, with trust and proof woven through the system.
Why Wellzai
Wellzai is building intelligence infrastructure for regenerative systems: a way to understand context, connect capability, preserve trust, and coordinate action without reducing living systems to a marketplace or score.
The premise
Soil health, farm economics, food quality, human health, water, community, capital, and market demand are connected. Yet the digital systems around them are usually fragmented by category, institution, and transaction.
Wellzai begins with a different premise: an outcome is produced by a system of relationships. If those relationships can be represented with enough context, trust, and evidence, intelligence can help people form better paths through the system. The underlying common grammar is the Regenerative System Model (RSM) ↗.
The operating philosophy
What does good mean?
Defines prosperity across Self, Community, Nature, Design, and Capital, with trust and proof woven through the system.
What is really happening?
Surfaces relationships, feedback loops, incentives, constraints, information flows, and leverage points before intervention.
Has this earned the right to move?
Applies regenerative gates to consequential choices, supporting Stop, Redesign, Proceed, or Accelerate rather than producing a simplistic score.
The system should reduce cognitive burden, not advertise its own sophistication.
Recommendations must respect biological, economic, social, and temporal context.
Important claims and actions should be traceable to evidence, authority, and provenance.
Decision instruments support judgment. They do not erase responsibility.
