Durable territories the work returns to. Each opens everything published in it.
Regenerative systems rarely fail for want of a participant. The ingredients usually exist, scattered across people, places and institutions. What is missing is a way to reason about how they could come together before any transaction is possible.
A semantic interpretation oracle built from one ordinary sentence exposed a reading that turned land the person already had into something they lacked. Correcting it produced a permanent invariant, a permanent regression case and a family of sentences that differ by a single verb.

If requirements are defined before anyone is named to fill them, a formation system may need to reason about capabilities and missing conditions rather than about organizations. That leaves open what the right unit of trust is.
The primitives of regenerative systems have outgrown any single application. The Regenerative Systems Model gives them one stable meaning, separates what persists from what forms around purpose, and lets reasoning work between canonical objects without redefining them.
Five Viewgraphs, arranged in the order of the Formation Lab, that follow one outcome from the sentence that expresses it to the act that establishes it.
Wellzai's first working surfaces were organized around the model's objects. They proved the substrate but did not communicate the product. The redesign moved those objects into contextual instruments and began with a single question.

Coordination often depends on what participants could do rather than what they advertise. Latent capability is where much of the possibility lives, provided "could" never quietly becomes "can".
When existing capability falls short, a marketplace has one answer, which is no match. Formation reasoning treats the shortfall as a gap, a missing condition with a structure of its own, and searches combinations, latent capability and alternatives for a way to close it.
Designing the living field behind Wellzai's first screen produced a rule. In a product about relationships, a line on the screen is a claim, so decorative network structure must never be mistaken for real network state.

A processor eighty miles away can be more practical than one fifty miles away. Economic distance is derived from geography, logistics, infrastructure, cost, timing and constraints, which raises the question of whether it is a better primitive than location.
